Japanese-style meal

A day in the life of Matsuya, a long-established soba restaurant in Japan, is closely covered.

The long-established soba restaurant "Kanda Matsuya Main Branch" is a genuine masterpiece, loved by many cultural figures.
It was founded by Ichizo Fukushima in 1884 (Meiji 17).
